Mormordressingen

I really love a good ”Mormordressing”, which basically is soured cream with a bit of suger, salt and pepper. You can do it with regular cream, where you add a bit of vinegar or lemon juice, and let it rest on the tabletop for 10 minuttes. Or just use Flødefraiche from @karolineskoekken – In both cases you have to add a bit of sugar, salt and pepper to get the right taste of Mormordressing. You can use for salads, whilt a few lettuce leaves in it or with grilled asparagus. #karolineskøkken #Igodtselskab
